Zenith Villa is a private residence located in the Cemagi area of Bali. The project combines modern engineering solutions with a functional layout and elements of traditional Balinese architecture.
The villa is set on a 200 m² plot, with a building footprint of 80 m². A significant part of the site is occupied by the swimming pool, which visually extends the villa’s living space.
Two-metre cantilevers made of polystyrene concrete create the impression of a floating volume. The structure was built without the use of prestressed reinforcement. This solution made it possible to form a wide canopy above the entrance, providing protection from the rain while emphasising the building’s geometry.
