Bingin Elements is a complex of four villas in one of Bukit's most prestigious areas. The location stands out for its developed infrastructure, convenient transport access, and unique views. From the hill where the project sits, panoramas open onto the ocean, Mount Agung, and the island's distant reaches. The name reflects the concept — each villa corresponds to one of the four elements: earth, water, fire, and air. The view from each villa ties into this symbolism: sunset, ocean, valley, and cliff.
Architecture and layout
The project came into our hands at the stage of a finished structural design developed by another team. We adjusted the exterior architecture only minimally — removing impractical details, adding columns to bring the proportions into balance, and strengthening the landscaping to soften the perception of the flat volumes.
Interiors
All interiors are done in a unified minimalist style, with individual accents in each villa. The palette is light, dominated by beige tones that echo the sandy cliffs and golden beaches of Bukit. The layout and finishes are chosen so as not to draw attention away from the panoramic views.
