Pererenan Prive is a premium architectural complex in the fast-developing Pererenan area of Bali. Surrounded by a growing infrastructure of sports clubs, cafés, restaurants and padel courts, it offers a calmer atmosphere than neighbouring Canggu — ideal for family life just five minutes from the vibrant surroundings.

The core architectural challenge was to make efficient use of a sloping site with minimal earthworks. The level difference was adapted so as not to disrupt the site's natural drainage — a critical factor for building on Bali — bringing the balance of cut and fill to zero.

The masterplan includes a range of villa typologies, from compact one-bedroom units to spacious four-bedroom villas overlooking the river. Each unit has its own private grounds and pool. No two facades repeat, creating a living, dynamic composition along the alley, while terracing makes movement through the site intuitive and visually engaging.

Interiors share a single language focused on natural materials — wood, stone, textile — with elements of local architectural authenticity, balancing tropical aesthetics with contemporary function. A high level of finish, set by the client from the start, allowed for considered, comfortable spaces for living and rest.

The project was developed in six months, from concept to working documentation, in close cooperation with the island's leading agencies to adapt the architecture to the market. It is currently under construction.
